I received this early Valentine's bouquet this morning so that I could paint it today. It's so beautiful...the flowers were tight buds when I started the painting, but blossomed as I was working. It was pretty neat to watch the transformation.

So nice...yellow and purple together is my favorite color combination. And it's just pretty.
Hi Lisa - I love yellow and purple together, too. Maybe that's why this is so much fun to paint. The blooms are amazing.
